Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy:
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide a full refund.
Please contact info@law-london.com if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Please provide your order number and reasons for return.
- If a product is faulty or misdescribed you have a right to a refund, or a replacement.
- Returning cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Law London will not be responsible if returned items are lost during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method to return goods, if the order is lost in transit you might be able to claim compensation from the shipping provider (provided it is tracked).
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.
- Returned goods have to be in the same condition as they were upon your receipt, packaging, labels and tags must be intact. Goods must not be faulty or damaged, otherwise it will not be accepted for refund.
- Worn goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as evidenced by micro-scratches, scratches, dirt or additional workmanship by other jewellers.
Receiving a refund:
All refunds are processed by Law London within 10 days. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show back on your statement.
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
